General information


Is there a lift in the hotel?

Yes, we have a lift from the garage level up to the top floor of rooms.

Can I smoke in my room?

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. If this rule is not respected, a surcharge equal to 50% of the overnight accommodation will be charged at check-out, up to a maximum of €300.00, for cleaning and the unavailability of the room on subsequent days.

Are there rooms with wheelchair access?

Yes, we have rooms with dedicated access for wheelchair users. The hotel entrance is free from architectural barriers.

Is half board available?

Yes, we offer bed & breakfast and half board services. The choice of catering is agreed in advance and is specified in the booking confirmation.

Can I have breakfast or dinner even if I am not staying in your hotel?

Our hotel has a bistro and bar where you can breakfast on our delicious pastries, and choose lunch or dinner from our à la carte menu.

Bookings and payments


Do you accept credit cards?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, CartaSì, etc.

We don't accept American Express.

Do I have to leave a deposit when I book?

When you book, we ask you to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total. The deposit can be paid via credit card or bank transfer.

The confirmatory deposit is taken as definite confirmation of the booking and is non-refundable under the terms of Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.

Where can I see the hotel’s prices?

The quickest way to see our hotel’s price list is to click on the “Book now online” button at the top right. We can always be contacted by telephone on +39 342996551, or by email at info@hnevada.it.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as listed below:

  • Up to seven days before the planned arrival date: 30% of the total quoted (already paid as the deposit).
  • From six days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the total quoted.
  • Any reductions in the duration of a stay are considered cancellations.
  • In case of “no show” or early departure, a penalty will be charged equal to 100% of the entire stay booked.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel/modify bookings within the 24 hours following confirmation.

Until what time can I use my room on the day of departure?

Until 10.00 am. In some cases, it is possible to extend your stay by paying a “Late Check-out” fee, which should be agreed with reception.

What time is my room ready for check-in?

Your rooms will be ready from 4.00 pm onward.
