Our “Al Bait da Santin” apartments

For your holiday in Livigno, you have the choice of our four apartments:

Samy: for 5 people
Niky: for 4 people
Levante: for families or groups of 4 or 5 people
Ponente: for 2 people

All apartments are automatically heated. Bath towels, bedlinen and final room cleaning are all included in the price.

Samy apartment - for 5 people

A spacious two-level apartment, measuring a generous 75 square metres.

The ground floor features a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, four ceramic glass hotplates and fridge; satellite TV and sofa (which converts into a double bed); and a bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

On the upper floor you will find an intimate wood-panelled attic room, spacious bathroom (with bathtub, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine), two comfortable bedrooms (one double room with safe and one triple room). Both rooms have satellite TV.

Niky apartment - for 4 people

This apartment measures 57 square metres.

It boasts a kitchen complete with microwave, four ceramic glass hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, juicer, toaster, coffee maker, satellite TV and safe. The kitchen offers access to a south-facing balcony with clothes airer.

The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, hairdryer, heated towel rail and washing machine.

In the apartment you will find two rooms with double beds, both with satellite TV.

Levante apartment - for 4-5 people

It is the same size as the Niky apartment: 57 square metres.

It contains a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic glass hotplates, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, satellite TV and a sofa.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The bathroom includes a shower cubicle and washing machine.

Ponente apartment - for 2 people

This is an intimate studio apartment measuring 44 square metres.

Here too the kitchen is equipped with four ceramic glass hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, satellite TV and a double sofa bed.

The bathroom contains a shower cubicle.

Where to find “Al Bait da Santin”

The chalet is located at 364 Via Florin in the Forcola district of Livigno, opposite the lower ski slopes close to the “Palipert” ski lift.

It is also very close (just 300 metres) to the “Carosello 3000” ski area, close to the walking and cycling trail that runs alongside the Spöl river. Here you will find everything you need for your days out on the snow and for your entertainment: food shops, pizzerias, restaurants and ski hire.

Free bus services take you quickly to the centre of Livigno and the Aquagranda wellness and leisure centre.
